About the store
These Terms of Service apply to browsing and purchasing from Lone Star Trim at lonestartrim.com. Lone Star Trim is operated by Ricky Landa, a sole proprietor in Texas. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to your rights under applicable law.
Using the store
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Keep account access secure. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious software, or attempts to interfere with the store or other customers.
Product information and fitment
Review the product description, part number, condition, and any application details before ordering. Vehicle filters and saved-vehicle matches are shopping aids and do not guarantee compatibility. Compare connectors, mounting points, dimensions, and your intended installation. You may purchase parts for upgrades or multiple vehicles regardless of your saved vehicle. Contact us if you need help checking an application. Photos and screen colors may differ from the actual item; the product description governs any stated condition or included components.
Prices, payment, and availability
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Product availability can change. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer a corrected arrangement or cancellation with a refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund payment for the unfulfilled items and associated charges.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain processing, delivery, return eligibility, costs, and refunds. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped order. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation; after shipment, the return process applies. These policies do not limit rights available under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared, including through Shopify. Order and delivery communications are used to manage your purchase. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
